Topographic Mapping and Site Surveys
TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEYS emphasize elevations, or how high a piece of land is. Many times topographic surveys are done on a parcel at the request of architects desiring vertical information when designing homes. Most topographic survey maps do not show parcel boundaries unless specifically requested by the client.
