Site Plan
SITE PLANS are detailed maps showing features such as contours, significant trees, buildings, driveways, power lines, wells and septic systems. Site plans are used to determine the existing conditions of a site and are used as a tool for development. Architects often request a site plan prior to designing a building for the site. Occasionally site plans are used as an exhibit in the variance process.
