CIC Resort Conversions
CIC RESORT CONVERSIONS is a tool which sometimes is used to subdivide existing resorts. Often resort cabins are within shoreline setbacks and are clustered so present-day zoning would preclude subdividing. CICs allow "postage stamp" units around cabins with the rest of the land being left as open space. Like other CIC's, resort conversions sometimes share resources such as wells and septic systems.
