Enroachment Surveys
ENCROACHMENT SURVEYS identify trespass by improvements such as docks, outbuildings, and septic mounds. A boundary survey is required to establish the correct line before encroachments can be identified. Encroachments can be handled by removal, easement or the purchase of enough property to deal with the encroachment.
